Signature™ Personalized Patient Care utilizes patient specific femoral and tibial positioning guides developed from MRI to offer an individualized approach to total knee replacement. The Signature™ system, which fits the femoral and tibial components independently, is used with the Vanguard® Complete Knee System to offer a comprehensive solution for personalized patient care.
Femoral positioning guides register on femoral articular surface to establish:
- Proprietary planning algorithms incorporate mechanical axis and widely accepted landmarks to generate initial preoperative plan
- Signature™ software allows for surgeon visualization and customization of implant position for each patient plan
- Preoperative surgeon planning is integrated into positioning guides
Femoral positioning guides register on femoral articular surface to establish:
- Distal femoral resection level and orientation (valgus angle and flexion/extension)
- Femoral component rotation and anterior/posterior position
- Femoral component sizing
- Proximal tibial resection level
- Proximal tibial resection orientation
